Student OT Association (SOTA)

All pre-occupational therapy students are encouraged to become members of the Student Occupational Therapy Association (SOTA). This gives opportunity for student students sotainvolvement and becoming knowledgeable about the profession of occupational therapy.

There is a Pre-OT Student Welcome during Fall Semester and well as several other special functions that are planned each semester. Emails are sent to pre-OT's campus email addresses.

  • Increase knowledge of profession
  • Share ideas & information with other students
  • Involvement in community volunteer projects
  • Funding for scholarships
  • Fun times with fellow students at socials
  • Football concession stand work
  • Public relations projects

SOTA meets once a month.  Meeting time may vary each semester.  Call (573) 882-3988 for current schedule.
