MU Speech and Hearing Clinic

The MU Speech and Hearing Clinic, located on the campus of the University of Missouri-Columbia, was established over 50 years ago. This teaching clinic, which provides a full range of clinical services to individuals with communication disorders, is housed within the Department of Communication Science and Disorders (CSD). The CSD academic program, a vital resource for the MU Speech and Hearing Clinic, is accredited by the Council of Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Graduate students in the CSD Department serve as clinicians in the MU Speech and Hearing Clinic, under supervision of certified, licensed faculty. The MU Speech and Hearing Clinic offers speech-language and hearing services to children and adults in the mid-Missouri area.  Screening, diagnosis, and therapy services are provided.
