Respiratory Therapy Online Degree Completion

Below is the form that is used in order to establish if you are eligible for admission to the Respiratory Therapy Program. Once all the following credits have been secured, you will be eligible to apply. You must complete the minimum hours (located in parenthesis beside the course name) in order for the pre-requisites to be satisfactory. Please have all information checked by the program director or Student Affairs before you apply.
